Why attend?

Leadership Course for Non-Managers in the Automotive Sector — a program designed for individuals working in the automotive industry who wish to develop their communication, collaboration, and coordination skills in order to become more engaged, more effective, and more influential within their teams.

In the automotive industry, leadership isn’t just about one’s position on the organizational chart. Often, coordinating activities, influencing colleagues, taking responsibility, and making decisions occur even in the absence of a formal managerial role. Leadership skills are essential for those who want to be actively involved, collaborate effectively, and contribute to the team’s performance.

By participating in this leadership course for non-managers, you’ll understand what leadership means in practice and how you can have a positive impact on your team, even without a leadership role. You’ll learn how to communicate more clearly, how to collaborate effectively with colleagues, how to handle difficult situations, and how to make responsible decisions in your day-to-day work, specifically within the automotive industry.

The leadership course for non-managers is part of the Autoevolution PRO – The Path to Professional Excellence project, implemented from July 2024 to October 2027, with funding from the Education and Employment Program. The project is carried out by the Association for the Promotion of Business in Romania (ROVE), in partnership with Social Knowledge Training & Consulting (SKTC), and aims to develop the professional skills of automotive industry personnel in Romania’s less-developed regions.
