Procedure Name: Supply of Medical Equipment under Project ROHU00026 “Medical Emergency Response Interregional Simulation Training Program”
Subject of the procurement procedure:
The goal of equipping the Diosig Volunteer Fire Department with modern medical equipment is to facilitate the effective conduct of hands-on training for medical students, with a focus on first aid and disaster medicine courses. By acquiring a mannequin for practicing the Heimlich maneuver, trainees can learn and correctly apply essential life-saving techniques in cases of choking. The advanced venipuncture arm provides excellent teaching support for mastering blood collection and intravenous administration procedures in a controlled environment. The defibrillator with an integrated monitor allows for comprehensive simulation of interventions in cases of cardiopulmonary arrest, including ECG monitoring, the delivery of electrical shocks, and external cardiac pacing. The portable electric suction unit, with a capacity of 800 ml, facilitates learning suction techniques for removing secretions in critical situations, and the 5L oxygen cylinder with regulator, mask, and connecting tube supports proper training in oxygen administration during emergency interventions. These resources help create an effective and realistic training environment, preparing students to act promptly and efficiently in medical emergencies.

2. Contract term: 12 months from the date the contract is signed.
3. Delivery deadline: 3 months from the date the order to commence the contract is issued.
4. Delivery location: at the beneficiary’s headquarters, address: Loc. Diosig, Oituz St., No. 2C, Bihor County.
5. The estimated contract value for the purchase of medical equipment is 526,389.20 lei excluding VAT, or 636,930.93 lei including VAT.
