APPAR – the Association for the Promotion of Business in Romania, as part of the ROHU-420 CREATE TO GATHER project, is seeking one person to join the project team, as follows:

Key Responsibilities of the Position:
- Providing ongoing assistance to makerspace members regarding the use of equipment;
- Coordinating the use of equipment by managing the reservation system for the relevant field of expertise;
- Participation in roundtable events and panel discussions related to the mentor’s area of expertise, organized at the makerspace;
- Daily presence at the makerspace to ensure the continuous and proper operation of specialized equipment;
- Training for makerspace members on the Rules and Regulations and the proper use of the provided equipment and furniture.
Key Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education;
- At least 6 months of proven professional experience in business administration or management consulting;
- Proficiency in Romanian;
- A team player with the ability to work in a multicultural, international, and multilingual environment;
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills;
- Computer Skills – MS Office.
