The DLI-DIOSIG Program – Integrated Local Development in the Municipality of Diosig, hereinafter referred to as the Program, is a program designed to encourage and stimulate intervention in the field of employment through the activity “Supporting Entrepreneurship within the Community, including Self-Employment,” Sub-activity: Provision of grants (micro-grants) for the establishment of new businesses, implemented by the Municipality of Diosig through the Association for the Promotion of Business in Romania, hereinafter referred to as APPAR.
As part of the Program, a business plan competition will be organized and conducted to select 25 business plans developed by members of the target group, with a grant of 25,000 euros per business plan per company.
In this context, APPAR is issuing an open call for expressions of interest in participating in evaluation activities related to the selection process for the business plan competition under the DLI-DIOSIG Program—Integrated Local Development in the Municipality of Diosig.
The business idea selection committee must include an odd number of members; it is recommended that these include representatives of the business community and employers’ associations from the project’s implementation area.
Independent evaluators are external experts who ensure the objectivity of the project proposal selection process.
The evaluation must have taken place over two different calendar years, by August 31, 2019. The submitted business plans will be evaluated by the selection committee every three months, for a total of six meetings.
