The Leadership Course for Managers is part of the Autoevolution PRO – The Path to Professional Excellence project, implemented from July 2024 to October 2027, with funding from the Education and Employment Program. The project is being carried out by the Association for the Promotion of Business in Romania (ROVE), in partnership with Social Knowledge Training & Consulting (SKTC), and aims to develop the professional skills of automotive industry workers in Romania’s less developed regions.

About the trainer

Senior Trainer with tens of thousands of hours of consulting and training experience, focused on clear, practical solutions that have a real impact on business. Experience on stage at business and educational events (Business Days, Afaceri.ro, Toastmasters, Bookzone, Transilvania Business Networking), complemented by TV appearances (Digi). He joined Corporactive Consulting 10 years ago, building on his experience at this training center through collaborations with domestic and international partners, working with organizations across a wide range of industries—from healthcare and IT to manufacturing and services.
