The project entitled “Development of management capabilities of SME-s in Hajdú-Bihar and Bihor counties” was implemented by ABPR and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Hajdú-Bihar County (HU). The general objective of the project was to strengthen the social and economic cohesion of the border area by supporting cross-border business cooperation. The project involved training for SMEs of Hajdú-Bihar and Bihor counties coached by representatives of large companies, thus ensuring the effectiveness of team learning, exchange of experiences, consultancy, networking, business development and cross-border cooperation for the SMEs participating in the project.
