APPAR \u2013 the Association for the Promotion of Business in Romania, as part of the ROHU-000026 MERIT project, is seeking three people to join the project team, as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Project Manager \u2013 1 position <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Main Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Managing and coordinating the project’s implementation.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Coordinating project partners.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Assistance in organizing and optimizing resources to ensure the efficient implementation of project activities.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Assistance in coordinating the management and oversight of implementation processes.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Coordinating cooperation among the project partners, the partner organization, and external experts.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Review and approval of progress reports, payment requests, and change notices (if necessary).<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Representing the project and the project partner at official events.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Create a project poster to establish a visual identity and raise awareness.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Creating content (press releases, newsletters, articles) to increase the project\u2019s visibility.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Collaborate with the project team to create visual materials (infographics, videos, presentations).<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Selecting and managing communication channels to effectively reach the target audience.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Set up and manage a LinkedIn profile for the project, ensuring it is updated regularly.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Managing and updating the content of the project website.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Coordinating social media presence, producing content, and engaging with the public.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Organizing press events and media briefings to promote the project.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Monitoring and verifying the project’s presence on partners’ websites and social media platforms.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Ensuring compliance with Interreg ROHU and EU visibility requirements in all communication activities.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Provide regular updates and reports on communication activities to the project manager and the team.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Support in organizing the project’s events, workshops, and conferences.<\/p>\n

    Key Candidate Requirements:<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Experience in managing or implementing European projects<\/p>\n

    2. Financial Manager \u2013 1 position<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Main Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Financial management of the project.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Assistance in preparing progress reports and requests for reimbursement of project costs.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Constant communication with the project management team to ensure efficient financial implementation.<\/p>\n

    Key Candidate Requirements:<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Experience in financial management or in an administrative role<\/p>\n

    3. Procurement Specialist \u2013 1 position<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Main Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Preparing tender documents for public procurement procedures, in accordance with applicable legislation (Law No. 98\/2016, Law No. 99\/2016, etc.).<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Coordinating and carrying out public procurement procedures (SEAP\/SICAP), from initiation through to contract completion.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Preparing and updating the annual public procurement plan, in collaboration with the relevant departments.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Monitoring compliance with public procurement laws by all parties involved in the procurement process.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Ensuring the publicity of procurement procedures by publishing notices in SEAP and, where applicable, in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Managing relationships with economic operators, including clarifications, appeals, and the communication of the results of procedures.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Preparing procedural reports and other supporting documents required for audits or inspections.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Providing internal advice on the legal and procedural aspects of public procurement to colleagues within the institution.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Participating in the evaluation of bids and the preparation of evaluation committee reports.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Archiving public procurement documentation in accordance with legal and internal requirements.<\/p>\n

    Key Candidate Requirements:<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Experience in public procurement or in an administrative\/financial position<\/p>\n
