{"id":3218,"date":"2020-02-28T08:26:48","date_gmt":"2020-02-28T08:26:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rove.ro\/call-for-applications-yes-evaluation-committee\/"},"modified":"2020-02-28T08:26:48","modified_gmt":"2020-02-28T08:26:48","slug":"call-for-applications-yes-evaluation-committee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rove.ro\/en\/call-for-applications-yes-evaluation-committee\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for Applications \u2013 YES Evaluation Committee"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/rove.ro\/news\/apel-comisie-de-evaluare-yes\/element5-digital-t9cxbzluvic-unsplash\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3282\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-3282 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/rove.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/element5-digital-T9CXBZLUvic-unsplash-300x200-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\"><\/a>CALL FOR APPLICATIONS \u2013 EVALUATION COMMITTEE<\/p>\n<p><strong>CALL FOR PARTICIPATION in the evaluation of business plans submitted to the \u201cYES \u2013 Youth Entrepreneur Support\u201d program<\/strong><\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"623\"><strong>General Context<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>In accordance with Grant Agreement No. 45574 dated March 29, 2019, entered into between the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration and the Association for the Promotion of Business in Romania (APPAR), which aims to implement the ROHU project- 382 YES\u2014Youth Entrepreneurship Support, APPAR intends to organize a business plan competition.<\/p>\n<p>In this context, APPAR is issuing an open call for expressions of interest in participating in evaluation activities related to the selection process for the business plan competition under the ROHU-382 YES (Youth Entrepreneurship Support) project.<\/p>\n<p>The business idea selection committee must include an odd number of members, and it is recommended that the committee include representatives from the business community or representatives of the teaching staff.<\/p>\n<p>The evaluations conducted by experts will involve analyzing the projects based on criteria developed by APPAR, which includes the expert\u2019s proposed business plan. The evaluation is an important part of the business plan selection process and serves as the basis for their approval or rejection. <\/p>\n<p>To ensure a fair, impartial, and objective selection process, APPAR uses a system in which each application is evaluated by all of the independent experts selected during this call for proposals.<\/p>\n<p>Independent evaluators are external experts who ensure the objectivity of the project proposal selection process.<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"623\"><strong>Requirements Regarding the Professional Experience of Evaluation Experts<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>To ensure that evaluation activities are conducted effectively, experts must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>General professional experience in business administration: at least 6 months as an administrator or legal representative, or managerial experience, OR at least 6 months of experience as a teacher;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, as well as the ability to write insightful commentary in Romanian and English;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use computer tools to complete and submit evaluations online;<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to take on occasional, short-term assignments;<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with the code of conduct, including not serving as a trainer and\/or candidate\/beneficiary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"601\"><strong>Documents to Be Submitted to APPAR<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Experts should email scanned copies of the following documents to office@yesbiz.eu and\/or tibor.posa@rove.ro:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A resume written in Romanian or English, highlighting aspects relevant to the Program and specific, relevant experience. It is recommended that the experiences listed in the resume demonstrate, in a concrete and relevant manner, how the criteria specified above are met. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The submitted documents must be dated and signed and must also include the email address for correspondence.<\/p>\n<p>Before signing a contract, APPAR will require experts to sign a sworn statement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Declaration of Conformity;<\/li>\n<li>Statement of Availability;<\/li>\n<li>Statement on Conflicts of Interest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"623\"><strong>Exclusion Criteria<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Candidates who meet any of the following criteria are ineligible to participate in this call:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Is a member of the target group or the implementation team for the YES \u2013 Youth Entrepreneurship Support program;<\/li>\n<li>They have been convicted by a final judgment of a competent authority of a Member State for an offense related to their professional conduct;<\/li>\n<li>They have committed serious errors in their professional conduct, as demonstrated by any means available to APPAR;<\/li>\n<li>They have been convicted by a final and binding judgment for fraud, corruption, participation in a criminal organization, money laundering, or participation in any other illegal activity to the detriment of the financial interests of the European Union;<\/li>\n<li>They are subject to an administrative sanction because they are found to have made false statements in providing the information requested by APPAR, as a condition for participating in a project selection procedure, or for failing to provide such information, or for having been found guilty of a serious breach of their obligations under a contract funded from the state budget or the EU budget;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"601\"><strong>Scoring Criteria for This Call for
