{"id":3322,"date":"2019-11-26T10:40:50","date_gmt":"2019-11-26T10:40:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rove.ro\/job-posting-19\/"},"modified":"2019-11-26T10:40:50","modified_gmt":"2019-11-26T10:40:50","slug":"job-posting-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rove.ro\/en\/job-posting-19\/","title":{"rendered":"Job Posting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>APPAR\u2014the Association for the Promotion of Business in Romania\u2014is seeking a project manager to join the project team for the ROHU-420 \u201cCreate to Gather\u201d project.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities of the Position:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring the project&#8217;s external representation;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring communication with the MA\/JS, including preparing and submitting progress reports and reimbursement requests to the JS;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating documentation related to content, internal monitoring, reporting, and evaluation;<\/li>\n<li>Developing the project plan, project schedule, and policies and procedures to support the achievement of the project&#8217;s objectives;<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring project progress, reporting on project status, identifying and taking corrective action;<\/li>\n<li>Coordination and quality control of administrative and management tasks carried out within the electronic monitoring system (eMS);<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring effective communication and information flow within the partnership, and coordinating internal project communication;<\/li>\n<li>Convening and coordinating project progress review meetings; preparing and coordinating management team meetings;<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and presenting the monitoring report to the Project Coordination Committee;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in Project Coordination Committee meetings to ensure the implementation of PSC decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key requirements for the candidate:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Educational<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A college degree in economics, finance, business administration, management science, public relations, philology, political science, medicine\/pharmacy, or European studies;<\/li>\n<li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Professional\/Technical:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3 years of proven professional experience in administration, management, or project management;<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency and fluency in Romanian and English (spoken and written);<\/li>\n<li>A good team player with the ability to work in a multicultural, international, and multilingual environment;<\/li>\n<li>Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills;<\/li>\n<li>strong analytical skills;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong leadership skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Candidates should submit a resume (Europass format) to <a href=\"mailto:office@rove.ro\">office@rove.ro<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>APPAR\u2014the Association for the Promotion of Business in Romania\u2014is seeking a project manager to join the project team for the ROHU-420 \u201cCreate to Gather\u201d project.
