The new social enterprises were created with the aim of improving the labor market status of Roma people, because work is everyone\u2019s right and obligation. Thanks to the project, we have gained experience in a unique area of business development, and what is perhaps even more important: with the help of the participants, we have looked beyond stereotypes and prejudices, and today we can say from experience that Roma people are not lazy by nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project\u2019s most significant results include: the establishment of six social economy organizations, the hiring of 24 Roma individuals, and the organization of an information and outreach campaign that reached six localities: Suseni, S\u0103lacea, Satu Mare, Petre\u0219ti, Boro\u0219neu Mare, and V\u00e2r\u0219ol\u021b.<br>Through our outreach and promotional events, we conveyed the project\u2019s most important message: that even the most serious social problems can be solved through the tools of the social economy.
