The project is run by <strong>the<\/strong> <strong>Association for Business Promotion in Romania<\/strong>, in partnership with <strong>the LAM Foundation<\/strong>, and registration is done online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who is this project intended for?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project is intended for people who:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>are <strong>Romanian citizens<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>were <strong>officially<\/strong> residing <strong>in Hungary<\/strong> during the year prior to enrollment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are <strong>domiciled or reside<\/strong> in <strong>the Northwest<\/strong> (Bihor, Bistri\u021ba-N\u0103s\u0103ud, Cluj, Maramure\u0219, Satu Mare, S\u0103laj) or <strong>Central<\/strong> (Alba, Bra\u0219ov, Covasna, Harghita, Mure\u0219, Sibiu) development regions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wish to <strong>start a business<\/strong> in one of these two regions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>plans to locate <strong>the company&#8217;s headquarters<\/strong> in an urban area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What the project offers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selected participants receive a comprehensive support package to help them start a business:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Professional training<\/strong> through an online course, available in <strong>Romanian and Hungarian<\/strong>, that provides the basic knowledge and skills needed to start a business;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Grant funding<\/strong>: The top <strong>32 business plans<\/strong> will each receive up to <strong>40,000 euros<\/strong> in funding;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A mentoring program<\/strong> through which entrepreneurs receive specialized support and personalized guidance, both during the business plan development stage and subsequently during the implementation phase, to help them build viable and sustainable businesses over the long term<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Association for Business Promotion in Romania (ROVE) and the LAM Ilieni Foundation will jointly implement the project \u201c40,000 Reasons to Become an Entrepreneur in Romania,\u201d which was selected for funding (with 99 points) under the Diaspora Start Up call for proposals.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":2560,"template":"","project-status":[60],"class_list":["post-2548","projects-cpt","type-projects-cpt","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","project-status-inactive"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.7 -
