The project aims to train <strong>601 specialists<\/strong> by conducting an initial assessment of their digital skills and providing customized training programs tailored to the actual needs of the market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main goal is to prepare participants to effectively use modern software for architectural design, technical engineering, and energy efficiency, in accordance with <strong>nZEB<\/strong> standards and <strong>the European Digital Competence Framework (DigComp)<\/strong>. In this way, professionals in the field enhance their competitiveness, productivity, and ability to adapt to current labor market demands. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through specialized courses in digital content creation and professional development, <strong>CodeImm2.0<\/strong> supports <strong>lifelong learning<\/strong>, reskilling, and professional mobility, while also helping to promote innovation and sustainability in the construction sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the long term, the project supports:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>developing a workforce with better digital skills,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>increasing the competitiveness of SMEs in the sector,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the transition to greener and more energy-efficient practices,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>strengthening local and regional partnerships in vocational training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Folose\u0219te tastele
