A projekt <strong>278 fiatalnak<\/strong> sz\u00f3l, akik k\u00f6z\u00fcl legal\u00e1bb <strong>112 NEET-fiatal<\/strong> \u00e9s legal\u00e1bb 42 roma sz\u00e1rmaz\u00e1s\u00fa, f\u0151 c\u00e9lja pedig a foglalkoztatotts\u00e1g n\u00f6vel\u00e9se \u00e9s a t\u00e1rsadalmi kirekeszt\u00e9s kock\u00e1zat\u00e1nak cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9se. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Next Step program az egyes r\u00e9sztvev\u0151k ig\u00e9nyeihez igaz\u00edtott tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gek r\u00e9v\u00e9n a t\u00e1rsadalmi \u00e9s szakmai beilleszked\u00e9shez elengedhetetlen technikai, digit\u00e1lis \u00e9s \u00e1tfog\u00f3 kompetenci\u00e1k fejleszt\u00e9s\u00e9t t\u0171zi ki c\u00e9lul. A fiatalok szem\u00e9lyre szabott karrier-tan\u00e1csad\u00e1st, seg\u00edts\u00e9get kapnak az \u00f6n\u00e9letrajz \u00e9s a motiv\u00e1ci\u00f3s lev\u00e9l meg\u00edr\u00e1s\u00e1hoz, interj\u00faszimul\u00e1ci\u00f3kban \u00e9s p\u00e1lyaorient\u00e1ci\u00f3s foglalkoz\u00e1sokon vehetnek r\u00e9szt, valamint <strong>k\u00f6zvetlen kapcsolatba ker\u00fclhetnek<\/strong> az \u00e9szaknyugati r\u00e9gi\u00f3 <strong>munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3ival<\/strong>, ami megk\u00f6nny\u00edti a val\u00f3di hozz\u00e1f\u00e9r\u00e9st a munkalehet\u0151s\u00e9gekhez. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A szakk\u00e9pz\u00e9si r\u00e9sz egy <strong>2. szint\u0171 k\u00e9pes\u00edt\u00e9si<\/strong> programot tartalmaz <strong>a k\u00e9zm\u0171ves asztalos szakm\u00e1ra (COR 752203)<\/strong>, amely a munkaer\u0151piacon megk\u00f6vetelt technikai kompetenci\u00e1kat biztos\u00edtja, kieg\u00e9sz\u00edtve <strong>a fenntarthat\u00f3s\u00e1gra \u00e9s a z\u00f6ld gazdas\u00e1gra<\/strong> ir\u00e1nyul\u00f3 modulokkal. Ezzel p\u00e1rhuzamosan a r\u00e9sztvev\u0151k <strong>digit\u00e1lis k\u00e9szs\u00e9geket<\/strong> fejleszt\u0151 tanfolyamokon vesznek r\u00e9szt, amelyek c\u00e9lja, hogy jav\u00edts\u00e1k foglalkoztathat\u00f3s\u00e1gukat az egyre ink\u00e1bb digitaliz\u00e1l\u00f3d\u00f3 munkaer\u0151piacon. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Az ESO4.1<\/strong> konkr\u00e9t c\u00e9lkit\u0171z\u00e9s\u00e9vel \u00f6sszhangban a Next Step projekt akt\u00edvan hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul a t\u00e1rsadalmi befogad\u00e1s el\u0151mozd\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz, az egyenl\u0151tlens\u00e9gek cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9s\u00e9hez \u00e9s a fiatalok munkaer\u0151-piaci r\u00e9szv\u00e9tel\u00e9nek n\u00f6vel\u00e9s\u00e9hez.
