Why attend?

Conflicts are common and, more often than not, stem from misunderstandings or misinterpreted messages. Conflicts often arise unintentionally and can be difficult to avoid or manage, both in our personal and professional lives.

If you’re interested in preventing conflicts, resolving them without getting stuck in tension, and building healthy relationships, this conflict management workshop will equip you with the necessary skills. These skills are essential not only in your personal life but also in the professional world, where conflicts can affect communication, teamwork, and workplace performance.

This activity is part of the workshop organization phase designed to support students in their transition into the labor market, with the overall goal of developing the transferable skills necessary for the employability of the 251 students involved in the SPELSEproject.
