PROJECT TITLE
The Project "Improving Networks and Services to Promote Innovative and Resilient Entrepreneurship"
Implementation period: March 13, 2025 – March 12, 2026
Funding: Interreg VI-A Romania-Hungary
Applicant: Hálózat a Regionális Fejlesztésért Alapítvány - HÁRFA
Partners: Association for Business Promotion in Romania (ROVE), Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Chamber of Commerce and Industry

The INSPIRE project brings together business support organizations from Romania and Hungary to improve the way young entrepreneurs are supported. Through cross-border collaboration and the exchange of expertise, the project contributes to the development of more effective support services that help new businesses become more stable and better prepared for the market.

The objective of the project is to improve the capacity of business support organizations in Romania and Hungary to provide more effective and better-coordinated services to young entrepreneurs.

The INSPIRE project aims to develop and test more effective entrepreneurial support services for young entrepreneurs in Romania and Hungary, by conducting a joint analysis of the business support ecosystem, compiling a catalog of European best practices, developing a joint action plan, and organizing networking and training activities. Through these initiatives, the project contributes to improving the quality of services provided and increasing the chances of success for new businesses.
The INSPIRE partnership brings together organizations with experience in regional development, cross-border cooperation, and entrepreneurship support. The partnership is led by Hálózat a Regionális Fejlesztésért Alapítvány, an organization with solid expertise in managing European Union-funded projects and facilitating collaboration among institutional actors. In addition, ROVE—Association for Business Promotion in Romania—contributes its experience in professional training, mentoring, and entrepreneurship development, while the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Chamber of Commerce and Industry supports the project through its extensive network of economic organizations. Together, the partners are strengthening cross-border cooperation and laying the groundwork for a more coherent and sustainable entrepreneurial support system in the Romania–Hungary region.
