As part of the INSPIRE project, a Joint Action Plan was developed to create a more effective system for supporting entrepreneurship; it was drafted in English and accompanied by a summary in Romanian and Hungarian. The document presents in detail a series of proposals for projects and services that can be implemented through institutional and cross-border cooperation.

The Project INSPIRE (ROHU00283) aims to support as many young people with an entrepreneurial spirit as possible. It is implemented under the Interreg VI-A Romania–Hungary Program and is funded by the European Union through the Interreg Fund, with co-financing from Romania and Hungary. The total project budget is 201,178.60 EUR, of which the contribution from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) is 160,942.88 EUR.
