The project was selected for funding under call PEO/48/PEO_P1/OP4/ESO4.2/PEO_A7 – Strengthening Social Dialogue and Partnerships for Employment and Training III – Civil Society Organizations in Less Developed Regions, with a total budget of 4,897,385.70 lei.

The goal of the NGO Matches project is to strengthen social dialogue and collaboration among civil society organizations (CSOs/NGOs) active in the labor market. The project aims to improve the capacity and digitalization of these CSOs, supporting them to actively engage in social dialogues and establish partnerships at the national and European levels. By providing training programs and digital resources, the project ensures that members of these organizations are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to address current and future challenges in the labor market.
