The INSPIRE project partnership, implemented under the Interreg Romania-Hungary Program,
organized on March 10, in Nyíregyháza, the project’s final conference, to which were invited primarily
interested participants who had already taken part in previous project events.

The INSPIRE project began on March 13, 2025, and lasted 12 months. Its main objective was to improve institutional capacities to provide high-quality and effective support to entrepreneurs in the border region, by fostering cooperation among business support service providers on both sides of the border and between the two countries, as well as by increasing the survival rate of new businesses run by young entrepreneurs.

The partnership—Hálózat a Regionális Fejlesztésért Alapítvány (HÁRFA) and APPAR—the Association for the Promotion of Business in Romania—presented the project’s results at the final conference held in Nyíregyháza, on March 10, and invited participants from previous project events, particularly the networking event (February 26) and the entrepreneurship training sessions (November 7–8, February 6–7).

During the program, the project’s main results were presented: an analysis of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the border region, the action plan developed as part of the project, the stakeholders involved, the training materials developed and tested during two workshops, participant feedback, as well as the business ideas developed during the training sessions by teams of young people aged 18 to 30, with the support of experienced facilitators.
