APPAR—the Association for the Promotion of Business in Romania—as part of the ROHU-382 YES (Youth Entrepreneurship Support) project, is seeking a person to join the project team in the role of financial manager.

Key Responsibilities of the Position:

• Financial Management of the Project
• Providing information for progress reports and requests for reimbursement of project costs
• Ongoing communication with the project management team regarding the financial implementation of the project.

Key requirements for the candidate:

• higher education in economics/business administration/finance
• At least 1 year of professional administrative experience, including work in finance
• strong writing and communication skills
• Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• understand and follow administrative processes and procedures
• the ability to synthesize and analyze
