During the planning phase of the“Porciunkulo”project, in preparation for submission under the POCU program, specifically the call for proposals “Support for the Establishment of Social Enterprises in Rural Areas – AP 4/PI 9.v/OS 4.16,” the Association for the Promotion of Business in Romania (Lider) and the Saint Francis Foundation conducted an analysis of the specific needs of the target group, using online questionnaires designed for potential social entrepreneurs.
The two organizations administered the questionnaire separately, targeting different groups of potential social entrepreneurs based on the groups of people with whom they work and interact.
Thus, the Association for the Promotion of Business in Romania distributed the questionnaire among groups of entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs, while the Saint Francis Foundation involved adults, particularly young people who had left the institutionalized care system.
In this document, we present the results of the questionnaire, broken down by the two organizations, as well as the final, consolidated conclusions of the needs assessment for potential social entrepreneurs.
