Announcement Regarding the Start of Implementation of the “DigiAPPAR” Project

The Association for the Promotion of Business in Romania, CUI RO18261599, with its headquarters in Diosig, 2C Oituz Street, Bihor County, Romania, announces the launch of the project titled “DigiAPPAR,” pursuant to funding agreement No. 288/i9/c7 dated July 22, 2025, project code 288, funded through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) – Component 7. DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION, Investment 9. DIGITALIZATION OF THE NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION SECTOR, Call for Proposals: DIGITALIZATION OF THE NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION SECTOR.

The overall objective of the project is to digitize the activities of the Association for the Promotion of Business in Romania by implementing modern IT solutions designed to increase operational efficiency, service accessibility, and innovation capacity.

The specific objectives of the project are:

• the development and implementation of a modern digital infrastructure (hardware and software);
• the creation and implementation of digital solutions, including web platforms and CRM systems;
• enhancing the digital skills of staff and volunteers through training programs;
• facilitating access to digital services for beneficiaries, including vulnerable individuals.

The total cost of the project is 362,356.55 lei, of which:

• eligible amount: 280,955.92 lei
• non-repayable funding from the PNRR: 266,908.12 lei
• own contribution: 14,047.80 lei

The project implementation period runs through December 31, 2025, in accordance with the budget and activity plan.
