We provide support to SMEs by implementing on-the-job learning programs, organizing workshops and seminars that will provide tools to help introduce digital training programs in the workplace, and e-learning platforms to support the delivery of training programs (training needs analysis, training planning, and selection of the most appropriate techniques in the context of using digital training methods).
