The overall objective of the project is to develop and provide an integrated set of personalized active measures for 278 young people, including at least 42 Roma and at least 112 NEETs, to support their transition into the labor market and to help reduce unemployment in the Central Region, through counseling, job placement, vocational training, and digital skills development programs, as well as through the assessment and certification of skills acquired in non-formal and informal settings
TARGET GROUP: 278 people
- Young people (job seekers)
- NEET Youth’s (individuals registered and profiled with the Public Employment Service)
- aged 16 or older and under 30 years old
- have their domicile or legal residence in Romania, in the Central Region
- have completed at least 10th grade in order to participate in vocational training
- not be registered in the target group of another PEO project titled “Active Employment Measures for Young People, Including NEETs”
SUPPORT ACTIVITIES FOR WG MEMBERS:
- Provision of specialized services to promote employment— information, counseling, and job placement
- Organization and implementation of Level 2 vocational training programs for the occupation of Skilled Field Crops and Vegetable Farming Worker (COR 611104)
- Skills Assessment Services for the “Skilled Worker in Field Crops and Vegetable Farming” Certification (COR 611104)
- Organization and Conduct of theOIVPD Introductory Courses (48 hours)
