CodeImm2.0 is a project dedicated to developing the advanced digital skills of employees in the architecture and engineering sector (CAEN 711) in the Northwest region of Romania. The project aims to train 601 specialists by conducting an initial assessment of their digital skills and providing customized training programs tailored to the actual needs of the market.
The main goal is to prepare participants to effectively use modern software for architectural design, technical engineering, and energy efficiency, in accordance with nZEB standards and the European Digital Competence Framework (DigComp). In this way, professionals in the field enhance their competitiveness, productivity, and ability to adapt to current labor market demands.
Through specialized courses in digital content creation and professional development, CodeImm2.0 supports lifelong learning, reskilling, and professional mobility, while also helping to promote innovation and sustainability in the construction sector.
In the long term, the project supports:
- developing a workforce with better digital skills,
- increasing the competitiveness of SMEs in the sector,
- the transition to greener and more energy-efficient practices,
- strengthening local and regional partnerships in vocational training.
