Why attend?

Stress is a widespread problem, and most people consider themselves to be stressed almost all the time. For students, stress and anxiety often arise for several reasons: college—especially exam periods and exams—a job, and, of course, their personal lives.

The desire to get rid of stress is strong, but the best solution isn’t to “eliminate” it—it’s to learn how to manage it. This stress management workshop helps you recognize stress and its signs, identify the real causes, and change your reactions and the way you perceive stressful situations.

The stress management workshop is part of a series of workshops organized to support students in their transition into the workforce, with the overall goal of developing the transferable skills necessary for the employability of the 251 students involved in the project SPELSE.
