Personal Hygiene and Independent Living Workshop
Why attend?
The Personal Hygiene and Independent Living Workshop is designed for children and young people preparing for independent living who want to develop practical everyday life skills. Simple habits, practised consistently, are the foundation of a healthy lifestyle and self-confidence.
By participating in this workshop, you will learn how to take care of your body, clothes and home, how to prepare and safely store food, and how to organise your daily routine to ensure proper rest and a balanced lifestyle. You will also discuss addiction prevention.
Through interactive activities and practical exercises, the workshop helps participants develop healthy habits and a sense of personal responsibility. Individualised mentoring sessions are tailored to each participant’s needs and goals.
This workshop is part of the GROW – Supporting Young People’s Transition from the Child Protection System to an Active and Independent Life project, within the “Health, Hygiene and Household Management” module.
